In this paper, chitooligosaccharides in different salt forms, such as chitooligosaccharide lactate, citrate, adipate, etc., were prepared by the microwave method. They were characterized by SEM, FTIR, NMR, etc., and the nitric oxide (NO) expression was determined in RAW 264.7 cells. The results showed that pure chitooligosaccharide was an irregular spherical shape with rough surface, and its different salt type products are amorphous solid with different honeycomb sizes. In addition to the characteristic absorption peaks of chitooligosaccharides, in FTIR, the characteristic absorption of carboxyl group, methylene group, and aromatic group in corresponding acid appeared. The characteristic absorption peaks of carbon in carboxyl group, hydrogen and carbon in methyl, methylene group, and aromatic group in corresponding acid also appeared in NMR. Therefore, the sugar ring structure and linking mode of chitooligosaccharides did not change after salt formation of chitooligosaccharides. Different salt chitooligosaccharides are completely different in promoting NO secretion by macrophages, and pure chitooligosaccharides are the best.  相似文献

PM2.5小时浓度多为单步预测。为实现PM2.5小时浓度的多步预测,基于“编码器-解码器”的序列-序列预测(Seq2Seq)模型,集合图卷积神经网络提取非欧式空间数据特征的能力以及注意力机制自适应关注特征的能力,提出了融合图卷积神经网络和注意力机制的PM2.5小时浓度多步预测(GCN_Attention_Seq2Seq)模型。并与Seq2Seq模型和使用了图卷积神经网络、未使用注意力机制的GCN_Seq2Seq模型进行了对照,以2015—2016年北京市22个空气质量监测站点的空气质量数据为样本进行实例验证,结果表明,Seq2Seq模型和图卷积神经网络(GCN)可对PM2.5小时浓度数据的时空依赖进行有效建模,注意力机制有助于减缓多步预测中的预测精度衰减,提升PM2.5小时浓度多步预测的精度。GCN_Attention_Seq2Seq模型可有效应用于多种长度的PM2.5浓度预测窗口。  相似文献

锗片作为衬底材料已在空间太阳电池领域得到广泛的应用,新型锗基空间太阳能电池对锗片的需求由4英寸(1英寸=2.54 cm)提高到6英寸后,低位错锗单晶的生长难度增大。本文设计开发了一种适用于直拉法生长大尺寸、低位错锗单晶的双加热器热场系统,模拟研究了不同形状主加热器的热场分布,从而得到最优的热场环境。研究发现:渐变长度为L/h=1/2、渐变率α为65°的渐变型主加热器热场结构能够获得最佳的热场分布,有利于低位错单晶的生长。经验证,生长的锗单晶热应力较低,位错密度在310~450 cm-2范围内。  相似文献

Realizing the synergy between active site regulation and rational structural engineering is essential in the electrocatalysis community but still challenging. Here, a matrix-confined co-pyrolysis strategy based on molecular bridging is demonstrated to realize highly dispersed Fe atoms on stereoassembled carbon framework. Both polyacrylonitrile matrix and organic linker from metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) provide sufficient N-anchoring sites for the generation of Fe−N4 moieties. A high Fe loading of 2.9 wt.% is readily achieved based on the scalable approach without post-treatment. Owing to the presence of highly exposed Fe−N−C sites and well-tuned pore structures, isolated Fe atoms on porous carbon nanofiber framework (Fe−SA/NCF) exhibits decent oxygen reduction activity and stability in alkaline conditions via a near four-electron path, demonstrating superior performance as air cathode for zinc-air batteries (ZABs) to commercial Pt/C catalyst.  相似文献

In order to measure the color of different samples with different surface texture, multiple measurement and observation conditions are needed from the instrument. Thus, both SCI (specular component included) and SCE (specular component excluded) measurement conditions are included in most color measuring instruments today. In current design, a light trap is established in the integrating sphere, and the instrument uses mechanical control to switch between SCI and SCE measurement modes. However, establishing a light trap inside the integrating sphere will affect the SCI and SCE measurement results. This article discusses the problems in current design, proposes a dual light source structure that includes both SCI and SCE measurement conditions, and then evaluates the structure with experiments. The experiment results show that the improved structure is more suitable for color measuring instruments with both SCI and SCE modes, and it has high practical value.  相似文献

The booming development of organometal halide perovskites in recent years has prompted the exploration of morphology‐control strategies to improve their performance in photovoltaic, photonic, and optoelectronic applications. However, the preparation of organometal halide perovskites with high hierarchical architecture is still highly challenging and a general morphology‐control method for various organometal halide perovskites has not been achieved. A mild and scalable method to prepare organometal halide perovskites in inverse opal morphology is presented that uses a polystyrene‐based artificial opal as hard template. Our method is flexible and compatible with different halides and organic ammonium compositions. Thus, the perovskite inverse opal maintains the advantage of straightforward structure and band gap engineering. Furthermore, optoelectronic investigations reveal that morphology exerted influence on the conducting nature of organometal halide perovskites.  相似文献

A convenient approach towards the synthesis of orthogonally protected chiral bis‐α‐amino acids (OPBAAs) is described. The key transformations include: (1) a highly stereoselective conjugation (alkylation) of the Schöllkopf bis‐lactim ethers and oxazolidinyl alkyl halides to build a backbone skeleton; and (2) our orthogonal protection strategy. A series of enantiopure OPBAAs bearing a variety of alkyl chain as a spacer; two stereogenic centers; and three protecting groups were prepared as examples. These versatile molecules were applied to the synthesis of biologically interesting di‐ or tri‐peptide analogues, including chiral iE‐meso‐DAP and A‐iE‐meso‐DAP, for the study of Nod1 activation in the innate immune response.  相似文献
